A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTING
SERVICES, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP -
MENT AGENCY.
(Bissell /August Associates, Inc.)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in
need of architectural and planning consulting services;
and
WHEREAS, Bissell /August Associates, Inc. is
able to provide such services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Agreement for
Architectural Consulting Services" has been prepared where-
by Bissell /August Associates, Inc. will provide such
services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
