A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CERTIFYING THAT THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE
INITIAL STUDY AND NEGATIVE DECLARATION ON THE
PROPOSED PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
AGENCY AND PACIFIC SOUTHWEST REALTY COMPANY HAS
BEEN REVIEWED AND CONSIDERED; APPROVING AND
ADOPTING SAID NEGATIVE DECLARATION; AND FINDING
THAT SAID PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WILL NOT HAVE
A SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON THE ENVIRONMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has prepared
an Initial Study of the environmental impacts of the proposed
Participation Agreement between the Agency and Pacific Southwest
Realty Company; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has reviewed and considered the
environmental information contained therein; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has prepared a Negative Declaration
with respect to said Participation Agreement; and
WHEREAS, said Initial Study and Negative Declaration
conform to the requirements of the California Environmental
Quality Act of 1970 ( §21000, et seq., Public Resources Code), the
"Guidelines for the Implementation of the California Environmen-
tal Quality Act of 1970 ", as amended, adopted by the Secretary
for Resources as Section 15000 et seq., of Title 14, Division 6,
Chapter 3 of the Administrative Code, and the Amended Procedures
for Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act of
1970 adopted by resolution of the Agency; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has transmitted copies of said
Initial Study and Negative Declaration and provided notice of the
preparation and availability thereof for public review and comment,
according to and in the manner as required and established by law;
and
WHEREAS, the Agency has received no comments or recommen-
dations from the public or any public agencies on the Initial Study
or Negative Declaration during the public review period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency as follows:
1. The Agency hereby certifies that the information
contained in the Initial Study and Negative
Declaration has been reviewed and considered by
the members of the Agency Board.

2. The Agency hereby approves and adopts the
Negative Declaration with respect to the proposed
Participation Agreement between the Agency and
Pacific Southwest Realty Company.
3. The Agency hereby finds and determines that the
proposed Participation Agreement between the
Agency and Pacific Southwest Realty Company will
not have a significant effect on the environment,
or result in a substantially, or potentially
substantial, adverse change in the environment as
set forth in said Negative Declaration.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 19th day of July, 1977.
