A RESOLUTION OF THE ANA1iEI14 RED. VELOPI
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A NON - RESIDENTIAL, RENTAL AGREEMIENT A 4D
AUTIiORIZING AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BE-
HALF OF THE ANAH= -1 REDEVELOP +1ENT AGENCY.
(City of Anaheim)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is owner of
the E1 Camino Bank Building; and
WHEREAS, Agency desires to lease a portion of said build-
ing to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, a Non- Residential Agreement with Addendum "A"
has been prepared whereby Agency leases a portion of said building
to City; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Agreement
on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
