LESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. This A ency hereby approves the
official statement to be used in connection with the issu-
ance and sale of the Agency's Fedevelopment Project Alpha
Tax Allocation Bonds, Series A, in substantially the form
attached hereto as Exhibit "A," (consistin of pages),
and authorizes its distribution to prospective purchasers
of said Bonds.
