AGENCY AUTHORIZING PAY11ENT OF RELOCATION
CLAIM NO. ARA 121 -T -B.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is required
to provide relocation payments pursuant to Section 7260 et sea.
of the Government Code; and
WHEREAS, a relocation claim in the amount of $30.,
has been presented in relation to Claim No. AP.A 10 -T -B; and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that said payment is
for expenditures authorized by the :Relocation Guidelines of the
Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Redevel-
opment Agency does hereby authorize payment of Relocation Clain: 3o.
ARA 121 -T -B in an amount not to exceed $30.,000.00
