A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ACCEPTING THE TEP14S AND CONDITIONS
CONTAINED IN CERTAIN OFFERS TO NEGOTIATE
FOR LEASE OF SPACE IN A PROPOSED TEMPORARY
SHOPPING CENTER.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is consider-
ing the construction of a temporary shopping center as a location
for business displacees; and
WHEREAS, the following individuals and businesses;
to wit,
1. Dance Center West, a General Partnership
2. Helen Lucian dba Olson's Supply
3. Verla Brown dba La Dona Beauty Salon
4. Hurst Jewelers, a California Corporation
5. Barrant L. Lind dba Lind - Rexall Pharmacy
6. Virginia Passante dba Nino's Italian Delicatessen
7. Wisser Sporting Goods, a Limited Partnership
have submitted offers to negotiate for lease of space in said
temporary shopping center; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said offers to
negotiate are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said offers to negotiate are accepted by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said offers
on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 14th day of June , 1977.

ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency approved and signed said Resolution on the 14th day of June, 1977.
