A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAL =Ddl REDEVELOPMENT
AGENICY APPROVII- THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR DEMOLITION CONSULTING
SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREE-
11ENT ON BEHALF OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY.

WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need of
demolition consulting services; and
WHEREAS, Gene A. Mahaffey is able to provide such services;
and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby Gene A.
Mahaffey will provide such demolition consulting services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING -RESOLUTION is signed by me this 14th day
of June 1977.
