RESOLUTION NO. ARA77 -
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF RELOCATION
CLAIM NO. ARA 10 -T -B.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is required
to provide relocation payments pursuant to Section 7260 et seq.
of the Government Code; and
WHEREAS, a relocation claim in the amount of $41,011.00
has been presented in relation to Claim No. ARA 10 -T -B; and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that said payment is
for expenditures authorized by the Relocation Guidelines of the
Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Redevel-
opment Agency does hereby authorize payment of Relocation Claim
No. ARA 10 -T -B in an amount not to exceed $41,011.00.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
