VHKERET,3, Section 7267.8 of the Health and Safety Code
requires public entities to adopt rules and regulations (herein-
after "rules") to implement payments and to ad-i relocation
assistance; and

24, 1976, by Resolution No. ARA76-15, adopt such Rules; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to ar.end said
