A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP MENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES.

WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment is in need of the
services of an engineering firm; and
WHEREAS, A. R. Mc Daniel, dba MC Daniel and Associates,
is able to provide engineering services needed in connection with
redevelopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, an agreement for said services has been pre-
pared, the terms and conditions of which are acceptable to the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Rede-
velopment Agency does hereby accept and agree to the terms and
conditions of that certain agreement with A. R. Mc Daniel, dba
Mc Daniel and Associates.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of May , 1977.
