A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPr2ENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREE21 .
(Financial Consulting Services -John F. Gray)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has, by Agree-
ment dated December 10, 1974, previously entered into a contract
for financial consulting services with John F. Gray; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement provides for an annual adjustment
of the hourly rate of compensation payable to John F. Gray; and
WHEREAS, a Second Amendment to Agreement has been pre-
pared which amendment amends Section 3 of said Agreement relating
to Compensation; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency to enter into said Second Amendment to Agree-
ment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency that the terms and conditions of said Second Amendment
to Agreement be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and the
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
Second Amendment to Agreement for and on behalf of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
