A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN
AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON
BEHALF OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
(Wilbur Smith and Associates)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need of
technical assistance regarding traffic studies, pedestrian move-
ment studies and parking studies; and
WHEREAS, Wilbur Smith and Associates is able to provide
such assistance; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby Wilbur
Smith and Associates will provide such technical assistance; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed by me this 26th day
