A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE NEGOTIATION
AGREEMENT TO NEGOTIATE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY. (FEDERATED DEPART-
MENT STORES, INC., JOHN S. GRIFFITH AND
COMPANY AND ANAHEIM SAVINGS AND LOAN)
WHEREAS, an agreement was entered into the 21st day
of June, 1976, by, between and among the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency; John S. Griffith and Company; Federated Department Stores;
and Anaheim Savings and Loan Association; and
WHEREAS, the parties mutually desire to extend the term
of the period of negotiations pursuant to such Negotiation Agree-
ment; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Anaheim Rede-
velopment Agency to enter into such amendment; and
WHEREAS, an amended agreement to extend said agreement
has been prepared, the terms and conditions of which are accept-
able to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
». NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Fourth Amendment are hereby approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 26th day of _ April , 1977.
