A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES (BOND
COUNSEL) AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE ANAHEIM REDE-
VELOPMENT AGENCY.
(O'Melveny & Myers)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need
of legal services relating to the issuance of bonds; and
WHEREAS, 0 & Myers is able to provide such
services; and
WHEREAS, a letter agreement dated March 11, 1977, has
been submitted whereby O'Melveny & Myers will provide such legal
services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said letter agree-
ment are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
letter agreement (dated march 11, 1977) on behalf of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed by me this 5th
