A RESOLUTION OF THE A14AHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING TIC: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR DISPOSITION CONSULTING
SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTII`uG THE
CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE A14AHEIM REDEVEL-
OPMENT AGENCY.
(Keyser Marston Associates, Inc.)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need of
advice concerning the disposition of property pursuant to disposi-
tion agreements; and
WHEREAS, Keyser Marston Associates, Inc., is able to
provide such advice and consultation; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby Keyser
Marston Associates, Inc., will provide such services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of March , 1977.
