AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE NEGOTIATION
AGREEMENT TO NEGOTIATE FOR THE D.EVELOPi'IENT
OF CERTNTN PROPERTY. (FEDERATED DEPART -
I ENT STO..US, INC., JOHN S. GRIFFITH AND
C014PANY ARID ANAHEIII SAVINGS AND LOAN)
WHEREAS, an agreement was entered into the 21st day
of June, 1976, by, between and among the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency; John S. Griffith and Company; Federated Department Stores;
and Anaheim Savings and Loan Association; and
WHEREAS, the parties mutually_ desire to extend the term
of the period of negotiations pursuant to such Negotiation Agree-
ment; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Anaheim Rede-
velopment Agency to enter into such amendment; and
WHEREAS, an amended agreement to extend said ac.
has been prepared, the terms and conditions of which are accept-
able to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Third Amendment are hereby approved.
