A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEI1 REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR RELOCATION SERVICES
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN
AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON
BEHALF OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
(Port and Flor, Inc.)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need of
relocation services; and
WHEREAS, Port and Flor, Inc. is able to provide such
services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby Port
and Flor, Inc. will provide such relocation services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
p� be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by^me
