A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
TO ENTER INTO CERTAIN .CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS
ON BEHALF OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
WHEREAS, Section 401 of the By -Laws for the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency provides that no person shall have the
power or authority to bind the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
by any contract without prior authority by vote of the Agency
members; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that the
Executive Director be authorized to bind the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to certain types of contracts without Agency approval of
each specific contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized to enter into on behalf
of and to bind, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to the following
types of contracts in amounts not to exceed the dollar limitation
hereinafter set forth:
a) Contracts for demolition, site clearance, structural
modification, buildin maintenance, and building repairs in an
amount not to exceed W500.00.
b) Contracts for professional and non - professional
services in an amount not to exceed $500.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay for services
rendered pursuant to agreements authorized by the terms of this
Resolution.

ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: Seymour and Roth
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency approved and signed said Resolution on the 8th day of March, 1977.
