A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP
AGENCY APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF AivAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and the
City of Anaheim did, by Agreement dated December 9, 1975,
agree to cause the installation of certain storm drain
improvements; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement did not provide for
relocation of water mains; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to said Agreement has
been prepared wherein provision is made for relocation of
said water mains and payment therefor; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said First
Amendment to Agreement are acceptable to the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency that the terms and conditions of said
�- First Amendment to Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said First Amendment to Agreement on behalf of the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
