A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ACCEPTING A CERTAIN DEED AND AUTHO-
RIZING ITS RECORDATION,
WHEREAS, a certain deed has been presented to the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, as hereinabove set forth; and
WHEREAS, said deed has been determined to be correct in both
form and substance, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency finds it is in the
best interest of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to accept said deed
and to order its recordation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE (T RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
that the following deed be, and it is hereby, accepted by the Agency;

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary be, and she is hereby
authorized and directed to cause the foregoing deed to be recorded in the office
of the County Recorder of Orange County,
