A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN
AND SECRETARY OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF
OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
(KNOWLTON FERNALD)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in
need of technical assistance regarding architectural
engineering and planning matters; and
WHEREAS, Knowlton Fernald is able to provide
such assistance; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
Knowlton Fernald will provide such technical assistance;
and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said
agreement are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency.
