A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY EXERCISING AN EXTENSION OF A CERTAIN
LEASE AGREEMENT.

WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency did, by agree-
ment dated January 13, 1976, agree to lease certain real property
located at 132 East Lincoln Avenue for a one -year term; and
WHEREAS, said agreement permits the Agency to extend the
term of said lease for an additional one -year period, i.e. through
January 13, 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Redevel-
opment Agency does hereby exercise its right to extend said lease
to January 13, 1978.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to transmit a certified copy
of this resolution to R. A. Harrison.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 14th day of December , 1976.
