A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AN AMENDMENT
TO EXHIBIT "A" OF THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO
NEGOTIATE AGREEMENT WITH JOHN S. GRIFFITH
COMPANY, FEDERATED DEPARTMENT STORES AND
ANAHEIM SAVINGS AND LOAN.
WHEREAS, by Agreement dated November 25, 1975, the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency did grant the exclusive right
to negotiate for the redevelopment of certain property to
Federated Department Stores, et al.; and
WHEREAS, said property was described in an
Exhibit "A" attached to said Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to amend
Exhibit "A" of said Agreement; and
WHEREAS, by letter dated October 13, 1976, Federated
Department Stores, Anaheim Savings and Loan, and John S.
Griffith Company have agreed to the amendment of Exhibit "A."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby agree and consent to the
amendment to Exhibit "A" as said Exhibit " A " is set forth
in said letter of October 13, 1976.
