A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
_. AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR REAL PROPERTY ACQUISI-
TION SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO E)?ECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE A14AHEIM REDEVEL-
OPMENT AGENCY.
(Security Land and Right of Way Services, Inc.)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need of
real property acquisition services; and
WHEREAS, Security Land and Right of Way Services, Inc.,
is able to provide said services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby Security
Land and Right of Way Services, Inc. will provide such services;
and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed by me this 26th
