A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ACCEPTING A CERTAIN DEED AND AUTHO-
RIZING ITS RECORDATION.
WHEREAS, a certain deed has been presented to the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, as hereinabove set forth; and
WHEREAS, said deed having been determined to be
correct in both form and substance, the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency finds it is in the best interest of the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency to accept each said deed and to order its recordation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency that the following deed be, and is hereby, accepted
by the City:
GRANTOR INTEREST CONVEYED PROPERTY LOCATION
A. Sandy and Marie Steiner Fee 205 S. Claudina
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary be, and
she is hereby, authorized to cause the foregoing deed to be re-
corded in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
