A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM F. DEV .LOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF All AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES WITH
OLIVER, STOEVER AND LASKIN, A PROFESSIONAL
CORPORATION, AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN
AND SECRETARY TO EiiL CUTE SAID AGREEMENT
ON BEHALF OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need
of legal services to assist the Agency in the acquisition of real
property; and
WHEREAS, Oliver, Stoever and Laskin, a Professional
Corporation, is able to provide such services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby Oliver,
Stoever and Laskin, a Professional Corporation, will provide such
services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to eXecute said
agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed by i�ie this day
