A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE REPORT TO CITY COUNCIL
ON THE PROPOSED SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE RE-
DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
ALPHA AND AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL OF SAID
REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL, THE CITY PLAN-
NING COMMISSION AND THE PROJECT AREA
COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of
the City of Anaheim, pursuant to the California Community
Redevelopment Law, has prepared the Report to City Council on
the proposed Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for
Redevelopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission has
by resolution approved said Report and has transmitted said
Report to the Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Rede-
velopment Agency as follows:
1. The Report to City Council on the proposed Second
Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelop -
'ment Project Alpha is in conformity with the
California Community Redevelopment Law and is here-
by approved.
2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and
directed to transmit said Report to the City Council
of the City of Anaheim, the City Planning Commission,
and the Anaheim Redevelopment Project Alpha Project
Area Committee.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 12t.i day of October , 1976.
