A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AUTHORIZING TRAN&MITTAL OF THE PRO -
POSED SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT
PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA, AS
CHANGED, TO THE CITY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the
City of Anaheim, pursuant to the California Community Redevelopment
Law, has prepared the proposed Second Amendment to the Redevelop-
ment Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha and has made certain
changes in said proposed Second Amendment; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has received the proposed Second Amend-
ment to the Redevelopment Plan, as changed, and has authorized and
directed the Executive Director to transmit the proposed Second Amend-
ment, as changed, to the City Planning Commission and the Project
Area Committee for their respective reports and recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency as follows:
The Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed
to transmit the proposed Second Amendment to the Redevel-
opment Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha, as changed,
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of October, 1976.
