A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY RECEIVING THE PROPOSED SECOND AMEND-
MENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDE-
VELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA, AS CHANGED, AND
AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL TO THE CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION AND THE PROJECT AREA COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of
the City of Anaheim, pursuant to the California Community Rede-
velopment Law, has prepared the proposed Second Amendment to the
Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha, as changed;
and
WHEREAS, the proposed Second Amendment to the Redevel-
opment Plan, as changed, conforms to the requirements of the
California Community Redevelopment Law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevel-
opment Agency as follows:
1. The proposed Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan
for Redevelopment Project Alpha, as changed, is hereby received.
2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed
to transmit said proposed Second Amendment to the Redevelopment
Plan, as changed, to the Planning Commission of the City of Ana-
heim for its report and recommendation as required by the Califor-
nia Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code, Sections
33453 and 33458).
3. The Executive Director is further authorized and di-
rected to transmit said proposed Second Amendment to the Redevel-
opment Plan, as changed, to the Anaheim Redevelopment Project
Alpha Project Area Committee for its report and recommendation
to the City Council thereon.
