A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPrENT
AGENCY RECEIVING THE DRAFT SUBSEQUENT EN-
VIRONMLNTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE PROPOSED
SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE RED PLAN
FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA; AUTHORIZ-
ING ITS TWiNSMITTAL; AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of
the City of Anaheim has prepared a Draft Subsequent Environ-
mental Impact Report for the proposed Second Amendment to the
Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha and trans-
mitted said Report to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, said Draft Subsequent Environmental Impact
Report conforms to the requirements of the California Public
Resources Code (Section 21000 et seq.) and the Administrative
Regulations pertaining thereto and the applicable Objectives,
Criteria and Procedures of the Anaheim Redevelopment `agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevel-
opment Agency as follows:
1. The Agency hereby receives the Draft Subsequent
�;nvironmental Impact Report on the proposed Second
i�inendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelop-
ment Project Alpha.
2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and
directed to transmit copies of said Draft Subse-
quent Environmental Impact Report to the City
Council of the City of Anaheim, the City Planning
Commission, and the Anaheim Redevelopment Project
Alpha Project Area Committee.
3. The -Executive Director is further authorized and
directed to file a Notice of Completion of said
Draft Subsequent :' nvironmental Impact Report wit'l
the Secretary of the California Resources Agency,
and to transmit copies of said Draft Subsequent
Environmental Impact Report for public review and
comment, according to and in the manner set forte
in the procedures adopted therefor by the Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and si ned by me
this 28th day of September , 1976.
