A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY RECEIVING THE PROPOSED SECOND AMEND-
MENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVEL-
OPMENT PROJECT ALPHA AND AUTHORIZING TRANS-
MITTAL TO THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION AND
THE PROJECT AREA COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of
the City of Anaheim, pursuant to the California Community
Redevelopment Law, has prepared the proposed Second Amendment
to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the proposed Second Amendment to the Rede-
velopment Plan conforms to the requirements of the California
Community Redevelopment Law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Rede-
velopment Agency as follows:
1. The proposed Second Amendment to the Redevelopment
Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha is hereby re-
ceived.
2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and
directed to transmit said proposed Second Amend-
ment to the Redevelopment Plan to the Planning
Commission of the City of Anaheim for its report
and recommendation as required by the California
Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety
Code, Sections 33453 and 33455).
3. The �7,xecutive Director is further authorized and
directed to transmit said proposed Second Amend-
ment to the Redevelopment Plan to the Anaheim
Redevelopment Project Alpha Project Area Committee
for its report and recommendation to the City
Council thereon.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 28th day of September 1976.
