A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING A CONFLICT OF INTEREST
CODE FOR THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AND ADOPTING SAID CONFLICT OF INTEREST
CODE.
WHEREAS, the Political Reform Act of 1974 (Section
81000 et seq. - Government Code) was approved by the electors of
the State of California; and
WHEREAS, Section 87300 of said Act requires each agency
to promulgate and adopt a Conflict of Interest Code; and
WHEREAS, a document entitled "Conflict of Interest Code
of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency" (hereinafter "Code "), has
been submitted to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency for its consi-
deration and adoption; and
WHEREAS, said Code is hereby determined to meet the re-
quirements of Section 87300 et seq. of the Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Redevel-
opment Agency does hereby adopt the "Conflict of Interest Code of
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Code and a certified
copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the Fair Political Prac-
tices Commission, which Commission is the code - reviewing body as
set forth in Section 87303 of the Government Code, for approval.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency approved and signed said Resolution on the 31st
day of August, 1976.
