A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE RELOCATION RULES AND
REGULATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE
CALIFORNIA RELOCATION ASSISTANCE LAW AND
ADOPTI14G SAID RELOCATIONV RULES AND
REGULATIONS.
WHEREAS, Section 7267.8(a) of the Government
Code requires public entities to adopt rules and
regulations to implement payments and to administer
relocation assistance under the provisions of Chapter
16 of Division 7, of Title 1 of the Government Code; and
WHEREAS, Section 7267.8(a) further provides
that said rules and regulations must be in conformity
with guidelines adopted by the Commission of Housing and
Community Development; and
WHEREAS, a document entitled "Rules and Regula-
tions For Implementation of the California Relocation
Assistance Law" has been presented to the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency for its consideration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby determine that the "Rules
and Regulations For Implementation of the California
Relocation Assistance Law" are in conformity with the
guidelines adopted by the Commission of Housing and
Community Development.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby adopt the "Relocation
Rules and Regulations For Implementation of the California
Relocation Assistance Law."
