A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
EUGENE E. GUTIERREZ III, M.A.I., TO ACT
AS PROPERTY APPRAISER FOR THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
proposes to acquire certain property located in the City
of Anaheim, and desires that Eugene E. Gutierrez III, M.A.I.,
furnish the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency certain services
with respect to the acquisition of said real property; and
WHEREAS, the Appraiser is fully qualified to
perform said services for the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency;
and
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been prepared, the
terms and conditions of which are acceptable to the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, that that certain Agreement this day
submitted between Eugene E. Gutierrez III, M.A.I., and the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency be, and the same is hereby
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary are hereby authorized to execute this Agreement
for and on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 3rd day of August , 1976.
