A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY CERTIFYING TO THE COMPLETION AND
CONSIDERATION OF THE INITIAL STUDY OF
ENVIRON14ENTAL IMPACT AND THE NEGATIVE
DECLARATION FOR THE PROPOSED FIRST MEND -
MENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDE-
VELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA AND AUTHORIZING
THE FILING OF P_ NOTICE OF DETERMINATION
WITH RESPECT TO SAID AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, an Initial Study of Environmental Impact and a
Negative Declaration for the First Amendment to the Redevelopment
Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha have been duly reviewed and
considered, together with any comments as may have been presented
in connection therewith.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency as follows:
1. The Redevelopment Agency hereby certifies that the
Initial Study of Environmental Impact and the Negative Declaration
for the proposed First Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for
Redevelopment Project Alpha have been prepared and completed in
compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970
(Public Resources Code Section 21000 et seq.), and the Administra-
tive Regulations pertaining thereto, and the applicable Objectives,
Criteria and Procedures of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
2. The Redevelopment Agency further certifies that this
Agency has reviewed and considered the information contained in
said Initial Study and Negative Declaration, together with any
comments as may have been presented therewith, and has determined
that the proposed Amendment will not have a significant effect, or
substantial adverse impact, on the environment.
3. The Redevelopment Agency hereby authorizes and directs
the Executive Director to cause the filing of a Notice of Deter-
mination after City Council action on the proposed First Amendment
to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha.
