A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TER14S AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR TITLE SERVICES.
(Title Insurance and Trust Company)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is charged
with the responsibility of redeveloping Redevelopment Project
Alpha; and
WHEREAS, said redevelopment will require acquisition
of property; and
WHEREAS, title services are required in the acquisition
of such properties; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby Title
Insurance and Trust Company will provide some of the title ser-
vices required by the Agency; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 22nd day of June , 1976.
