(Hancock Laboratories, et al.)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is charqed
with the responsibility of implententing the development of
Redevelopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, Hancock, Laboratories, Inc. et al. are propos-
ing to expand an industrial use in Project Alpha, which use is
consistent with the Redevelopment Plan of Project Alpha; and
an agreement has been prepared whereby Hancock
Laboratories will undertake to e:cpand its industrial use; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P SOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement with Hancock Laboratories, Inc. et al. are
hereby accepted and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 15th day of June, 1976.
