WITH THE CITY OF AN AHED AL FOR PARTICIPATION
IN THE YOUTH PAINT ALNTD PICK-UP PPIOGIIMM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, is conducting the Youth
Paint and Pick-Up Program under the Coranunitv Davelo-oment Block
Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, certain portions of Redevelopment Project
Alpha have been designated for residential conservation; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been Prepared whereby the
Youth Paint and Pick-Up Program will be conducted within the
boundaries of Redevelopment Project Alpha as well as other areas
in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said agreement are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER -RESOLVED that - the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by rote
this 15th day of June, 1976.
