A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
- AGENCY CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE PROPOSED FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE REDE-
VELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA
AND AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION AND MAILING OF
NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, the California Community Redevelopment Law (Health
and Safety Code, Section 33458) authorizes a joint public hearing on
the proposed First Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelop-
ment Project Alpha with the consent of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
and the City Council of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the City
of Anaheim is charged with performing the duties imposed by Section
33202 of the California Health and Safety Code; and
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission by resolution
has consented to a joint public hearing on the proposed First Amendment
to the Redevelopment Plan and requested that the Redevelopment Agency
consent to such joint public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim'Redevelopment
Agency as follows:
1. The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency hereby consents to a
joint public hearing on the proposed First Amendment to the Rede-
velopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha and further hereby
requests that the City Council of the City of Anaheim consent to
a joint public hearing on the proposed First Amendment to the
Redevelopment Plan and authorize the Clerk of the City of Anaheim
to establish a date for such hearing.
2. The Executive Director shall, in cooperation with the
City Clerk, publish and mail notice of said joint public hearing
at the time, in the manner, and with the other documents as re-
quired and established by law.
3. The Executive Director shall forthwith transmit a copy
of this resolution to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
1st day of June, 1976.
