ARA1976-004RESOLUTION NO. ARA 76-4 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP? -LENT AGENCY APPROVING THE INITIAL STUDY OF EN- VIRONPENTAL IMPACT FOR THE PROPOSED FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA, FINDING THAT SAID AMENDMENT WILL NOT HAVE A SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON THE ENVIRONMENT, PPPROVING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR SAID MENDMENT, AND AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR REVIEW AND COMIENT. WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the City of Anaheim has prepared and by resolution approved the Initial Study of Environmental Impact for the proposed First Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha and trans- mitted said Initial Study to the Redevelopment Agency,; and WHEREAS, the Community, Redevelopment Commission has pre- pared a Negative Declaration with respect to the environmental im- pact of the proposed First Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan and transmitted said Negative Declaration to the Redevelopment Agency. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop- ment Agency as follows: 1. The Initial Study of Environmental Impact for the proposed First Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha is in conformity with the California Public Resources Code (Section 21000 et sea.), and the Administrative Regulations pertain- ing thereto and the applicable Objectives, Criteria and Procedures of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and is hereby approved. 2. The information contained in the Initial Study of Environ- mental Impact for the proposed First Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan has been reviewed and considered by the mermoers of the Redevel- opment Agency. 3. The Redevelopment Agency hereby finds and determines that said proposed First Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevel- opment Project Alpha will not have a significant effect on the environment. 4. The Negative Declaration with respect to the environmental impact of the proposed First Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan has been prepared and completed in compliance with the California Public Resources Code (Section 21000 et secs.) and the State and local regu- lations and guidelines adopted pursuant thereto and is hereby approved, 5. The Executive Director is hereby authorized to transmit said negative Declaration and Initial Study to the City Planning Commission, and the Project Area Committee, and for public review and comment in the manner provided for in the procedures adopted therefor by the Redevelopment Agency. -1- THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 1st day of June, 1976.
