A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE REPORT TO CITY COUNCIL
ON THE PROPOSED FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE REDE-
VELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
ALPHA AND AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL OF SAID
REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL, THE CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION AND THE PROJECT AREA COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the City
of Anaheim, pursuant to the California Community Redevelopment Law,
has prepared the Report to City Council on the proposed First Amend-
ment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission has by
resolution approved said Report and has transmitted said Report to
the Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency as follows:
1. The Report to City Council on the proposed First Amendment
to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha is in con-
formity with the California Community Redevelopment Law and is hereby
approved.
2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed
to transmit said Report to the City Council, the City Planning Com-
mission, and the Anaheim Redevelopment Project Alpha Project Area
Committee.
