A F.ESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY RECEIVING THE PROPOSED FIRST AI-END-
MENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAIN FOR REDEVEL-
OPAENT PROJECT ALPHA AND AUTHORIZING TRANS-
MITTAL TO THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSIO:iN P1JD
THE PROJECT AREA COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the
City of Anaheim, pursuant to the California Community Redevelopment
Law, has prepared the proposed First Amendment to the Redevelopment
Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha; and
WHEREAS, the proposed First Amendment to the Redevelopment
Plan conforms to the requirements of the California Community Rede-
velopment Law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency as follows:
1. The proposed First Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for
Redevelopment Project Alpha is hereby received.
2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed
to transmit said proposed First Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan
to the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim for its report
and recommendation as required by the California Community Redevel-
opment Law (Health and Safety Code, Sections 33453 and 33458).
3. The Executive Director is further authorized and directed
to transmit said proposed First Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan
to the Anaheim Redevelopment Project Alpha Project Area Committee
for its report and recommendation to the City Council thereon.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
lst day of June, 1976.
