RESOLUTION NO. 94R-1i A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR PARK AND RECREATION PROGRAMS AND SERVICES (ADULT SOCCER LEAGUES; SENIOR DAY CENTER) WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted Resolution No. 79R-2 establishing fees and policies for park and recreation programs and services; and WHEREAS, the fees have been revised periodically; and WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 93R-134 on June 22, 1993, establishing fees to be charged for park and recreation programs and services commencing on September 1, 1993; and WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 93R-204 on October 12, 1993, amending fees to be charged for park and recreation programs and services; and WHEREAS, as a result of service reductions which have resulted in lower operating costs, it is appropriate to reduce the fees charged for adult soccer leagues; and WHEREAS, due to the need to reduce General Fund dependency of the Senior Day Center program, it is appropriate to increase the fees charged for Senior Day Center participation; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve a revised fee schedule reflecting said changes in fees; and WHEREAS, the fees hereinafter adopted do not exceed the estimated reasonable cost of providing the service for which the fee is charged.
