A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH DONALD J. FEARS AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN &
SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in
need of architectural services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Agreement For
Architectural Services" (hereinafter "Agreement ") has been
prepared; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms
and conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby authorized and directed
to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Re-
development Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this :25th day of
December, 1978.
