A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY REJECTING ALL BIDS TO PURCHASE
CERTAIN AGENCY PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency did publish
a notice of sale of certain Agency property, to wit:
Fixtures and equipment consisting of teller lines
and related equipment; and
WHEREAS, Agency reserves the right to reject any and
all bids; and
WHEREAS, only a single bid has been submitted; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to reject said
bid and readvertise said sale at a later date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby reject all bids received for
the purchase of the above - described property.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 5t b, of December

adopted at a regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency held on

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency signed said Resolution on the 5th day of December, 1978.
