A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A SECOND
AMENDMENT TO COOPERATION AGREEMENT NUMBER 3 FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS WITH THE CITY OF ANAHEIM; AND AUTHOR-
IZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has pre-
viously entered into a cooperation agreement with the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend said
agreement; and
WHEREAS, a Second Amendment to Cooperation Agreement
Number 3 for the Construction and Installation of Public
Improvements (hereinafter "Amendment "), has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Amendment are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, ^1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Amendment are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Amendment on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 7,h _ day of November ,
1978.
