A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
:APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE FIRST
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH OLIVER, STOEVER &
LASKIN AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN
AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID FIRST AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency did by
Agreement dated October 26, 1976, enter into an Agreement for
legal services with Oliver, Stoever & Laskin; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend
said Agreement; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to agreement entitled "First
Amendment to Agreement (hereinafter "First Amendment ") has
been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said First
Amendment are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said First Amendment are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said First Amendment on behalf of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
