A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH W & D COMMERCIAL
PROPERTIES, INC., AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE CHAIRM +1AN AND SECRETARY TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has
heretofore entered into a Disposition and Development
Agreement with W & D Commercial Properties, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to enter into an
agreement to implement said Disposition and Development
Agreement; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled "First Implemen-
tation Agreement" (hereinafter "Agreement ") has been
prepared; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby authorized and directed
to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 31,, day of
October f 1978.
