A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH H. WADE STELZER DBA ANAHEIM LOAN AND JEWELRY
CO. AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN
AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEIENT.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is
obligated to provide relocation to persons and businesses
displaced by Agency activities; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled "Relocation
Agreement" (hereinafter "Agreement ") has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement effectuates the relocation
of a business owned by H. Wade Stelzer, dba Anaheim Loan and
Jewelry Co.; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are
acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute the Agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency; provided however, that said Agreement shall not be
executed until such time as the premises at 2222 West Orange
Avenue be properly zoned for the proposed use by H. Wade
Stelzer.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 31st day of October,
1978.
