A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
CONSULTING SERVICES, AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE
ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
(Bissell /August Associates, Inc.,
dba Robert Lawson, Structural Engineer)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in
need of structural consulting services concerning the
Carnegie Library; and
WHEREAS, Bissell /August Associates, Inc., dba
Robert Lawson, Structural Engineer, is able to provide such
services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Agreement for
Structural Engineering Consulting Services" has been prepared
whereby Bissell /August Associates, Inc., dba Robert Lawson,
Structural Engineer, will provide such services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 24th day of October ,

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment
